8' Upcycled Climbing Rope Leash

Made from recycled climbing rope, these leashes are strong, durable, and have a great feel. 8' is our standard length, which you may notice is a bit longer than your average 6 foot leash. We've found that 8' is the perfect length to let dogs sniff and be dogs, while still keeping them close and under control. It's easy to tie a knot to create an extra handle in busier areas, wear as a cross body leash, or clip to one of our leash extenders as a hands free walking system that doubles as a long line when needed! These bad boys can handle all your adventures, without breaking the bank. 

Our leashes are made with sturdy snap clips. This product is not ideal for small or toy breeds, as the weight of the rope and the clip size is too heavy for the teeny tiny doggos. We use super strong rope clamps, and the hardware is covered with a durable rubber sheath.
